Snap One Employees - Your username is your company email address.
Snap One Partners - Your username is either the email address on file with Snap One or your Original Control4 Dealer Number.
If upon resetting your password you get the "User name: ____ does not exist" message, please email
[email protected] to get added as a user. New employee users just need need to send us an email
from your Snap One email address. New partner users must provide your company name, contact name, physical
address (no po boxes please), your Snap One Partner Number and the name of your Snap One BDM.
